NGO «Lifelong Learning Centre»

The organization has non-profit status and was founded by educators of different hubs and institutions in Sumy city (Ukraine) in 2018.

The NGO’s goals are to provide educational, scientific, cultural, and enlightenment activities to develop a democratic civil society, create and disseminate the best practices of alternative forms of education (formal and non-formal education), and foster the growth of a lifelong learning society. The goals include the implementation and protection of civic rights and freedoms, and satisfaction of public interests, in particular educational, economic, scientific and technical, innovative, informational, cultural, sports, and other needs of citizens.

NGO is focused on SDG4 (Sustainable Development Goal 4) is about quality education, namely “Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”

Our Values: teamwork, openness, quality and relevance of service, respect for freedoms and free will of humans, and creative intelligence.

The activities of the NGO are devoted to fostering social and economic development of local communities in Ukraine and creating an open civil society; unleashing the creative, cultural, scientific, and organizational potential of young people; implementing and supporting lifelong learning concept, and education for adults in Ukraine, as well as empowering people to get human rights protection, satisfy societal needs, improving critical thinking, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and challenges solutions, etc.

The mission can be formulated as follows: to provide affordable, high-quality, and relevant services and support for the population that is interested in lifelong learning and teaching.

Vision: This is a space where almost anyone can discover and get almost any educational service.
