Lifelong Learning Centre Goes on with Sessions on Stress Management

On March 6, American University Kyiv, in collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine (AmCham), hosted a pivotal session as part of the AmCham Business School series. The event was led by our esteemed CEO, Hanna Shvindina, who is renowned for her expertise and innovative approach in the field of professional development and workplace well-being.

The session, titled “Stress and Performance Management,” provided invaluable insights into the complex nature of stress and its profound impact on productivity, especially for managers, professionals, and business leaders. Hanna Shvindina, drawing from her extensive knowledge as an AUK Associate Professor, explored the intricate relationship between stress and performance.
