Mental Health: Caring for Employees Together!

posted in: News | 0

On January 15, 2025, the staff of Preschool Educational Institution No. 1 “Romashka” had the opportunity to participate in a training dedicated to mental health, conducted by Halyna Dmytrenko, a leading specialist and psychologist at the Sumy Regional Clinical Hospital for War Veterans.

Ms. Halyna shared unique methods for working with traumatic experiences and explained how to effectively maintain inner balance even in challenging circumstances. Her practical expertise and personalized approach made the training truly valuable and inspiring.

Another key achievement of the day was the focus not only on the professional development of the staff but also on their emotional well-being. Mental health is, after all, the foundation for effective work and a harmonious life.

We are grateful to Halyna Dmytrenko for her professionalism, warmth, and willingness to share her knowledge. We look forward to continued collaboration and new opportunities to support our employees!

Together, we work towards creating a healthy and happy environment for everyone!
