On December 5-6, 2024, the XIII Civil Society Development Forum “(You)STAND” took place, becoming one of the largest platforms for dialogue between civil society, businesses, media, government authorities, local self-government, and the international donor community. The event gathered over 4,000 participants in person and another 3,500 online to discuss challenges, find solutions, and get inspired by new ideas.

This year’s Forum featured a rich program of activities: 220 speakers across various locations; 18 simultaneous events and discussions; 12 panel and interactive discussions; 14 veteran-owned businesses showcasing their work and many many other activities.

The Forum served as a platform for new partnerships, open discussions, and solution-oriented thinking for the future. One of the participants and a partner of our organization, Halyna Dmytrenko, shared:

“These were days of inspiring speeches, creativity, and networking. Our strength lies in people – inspired, dedicated, and creative individuals. After such events, my heart is filled with pride knowing we are a powerful team together.”

We thank the organizers for this incredible opportunity and all the participants whose energy and ideas make this platform a catalyst for change. Once again, the Forum demonstrated that civil society is a pillar that helps us stand strong, even in the most challenging times.
