A member of the NGO Lifelong Learning Centre has joined the Sumy Regional Youth Council!

Olena Bilotserkivska, a project manager at the NGO Lifelong Learning Centre, has now become a member of the Youth Council under the Sumy Oblast State Administration! The Youth Council is a consultative and advisory body at the regional state administration, formed on a public basis from the youth.
