Social Entrepreneurship in Action: Training for Adult Learning Centre Managers

From August 15 to 17, an intensive training on Social Entrepreneurship was held in Kyiv for directors and managers of Adult Learning and Education Centres from various regions of Ukraine.
Participants explored modern approaches and tools for developing social entrepreneurship.

The program covered key topics such as legislation, mission and value proposition development, digital tools, scaling strategies, and measuring social impact.

During practical sessions, participants worked in teams to design and present their own business ideas.

The Lifelong Learning Centre NGO was represented by project manager Inna Balahurovska. The event was held within the framework of the project “Enhancing the Professionalisation of Adult Learning and Education Centres in Europe,” supported by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ).
