Oksana Kubrak Presents Lifelong Learning Strategy

In June 2025, Oksana Kubrak, Head of the Department of Strategic Planning of Sumy City Council, presented Sumy’s Lifelong Learning Strategy. This initiative is part of a collaborative effort by cities in the UNESCO Global Learning Cities Network, including Lviv, Poltava, and Ternopil.
The strategy emphasizes the development of safe educational hubs that integrate educational, cultural, and social services, ensuring access to learning for vulnerable groups, including veterans and internally displaced persons.
